Christopher Rosina is a Partner based in New York City, focusing his practice on AI, privacy, and cybersecurity issues and providing clients with practical advice in this dynamic legal landscape. Prior to joining Crosley Law Offices, Chris was Of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he represented clients in the automotive, technology, manufacturing, energy, and telecommunications industries.
Chris previously served as a senior member of Apple’s legal team, where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of Apple’s global privacy compliance program, including initiatives to meet GDPR and CCPA requirements. In his role as primary counsel to Apple’s Data Protection Officer, he provided strategic legal guidance across the organization’s business units, encompassing its diverse portfolio of products and services. Chris also oversaw global regulatory filings and responses and advised internal teams on matters related to corporate infrastructure and employee privacy.
Earlier in his career, Chris held the position of Global Privacy and Security Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this capacity, he served as the legal department’s principal advisor on privacy and cybersecurity matters and led the creation and execution of the company’s privacy compliance programs.
Chris earned his JD at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also holds an undergraduate degree in music performance and composition from Manhattan School of Music and a graduate degree in musicology from Temple University.
